Chicken Cheddar Broccoli Soup
Chicken and broccoli is a stellar combination that can never fail you. The best broccoli soup is thick, rich and creamy with chunks of tender broccoli pieces in melted sharp cheddar cheese. Ingredients
1/2 cup (61 Gm) Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
1/2 cup (24 Gm) Emergency Essentials White Chicken, freeze dried
1/2 cup (26 Gm) Emergency Essentials Broccoli, freeze dried
1/4 cup (32 Gm) Emergency Essentials Shredded Cheddar Cheese, freeze dried
Directions
At Home:
Place the chicken in a small plastic ziplock bag. Place in another small plastic ziplock bag the cheddar cheese.
In a quart ziplock freezer bag, combine the soup mix and broccoli with a copy of the "At Camp" instructions.

At Camp:
Place the chicken in a medium pot. Add 3 cups water (fill to the 600 ml mark). Cover; bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and soup mixture. Cook until the chicken is tender. Stir in the cheddar cheese prior to serving. Allow to finish cooking in an insulated cozy if the chicken is not quite tender.
